Terms of Service for App Backend

Welcome to App Backend (the "App"). The following Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the App and the services provided through the App (the "Services"). By using the App or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App or the Services.
Account Registration
In order to use the Services, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and you must keep your account information up-to-date. The App and Services, including all software, content, and other materials made available through the App or Services, are the property of Table Backend or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not use the App or Services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, and you may not use the App or Services in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of App Backend or its licensors.

App Backend makes no warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The app and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the app or services. The risk of using the app and services rests entirely with you. We are not liable for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the app or services, including errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred from using any content posted via the app or services.
